We are looking for a motivated and curious student (f/m/d) who wants to join the Marketing & Solutions COO Strategy, Transformation and Operations team, as an intern for 6 months, to provide support and assistance to the Ops Business Partners responsible for supporting Corporate Marketing. The main area of focus will be budget planning, spend reporting, budget analysis and forecasts according to the monthly cadence of our rhythm of the business. The intern might also be asked to lead or take part in the project management of process improvement initiatives.
The Assistant Operations BP will also work very closely with Business Planning & Budget Management Practice Owner, Expert Services and Transactional Services teams who are supporting the delivery of our services. During the internship, the Assistant Operations BP will have a chance to rotate across the Ops BPs supporting Corporate Marketing to discover the breadth of disciplines covered by this team.

- Educational requirements: Enrolled student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences
- Preferred fields of study: Business Management, Economics, Finance, Business Informatics, Business Analytics, Data Analytics
- Computer skills: Advanced MS Office Suite knowledge (focus on PowerPoint and Excel) and any other Business Intelligence and Analytics tools
- Language skills: fluent in English, other language is a plus

Meet your team
The Marketing & Solutions (M&S) COO Strategy, Transformation and Operations team reports into the Chief Operating Officer for the M&S board area. You will be part of the Operations Business Partner team supporting Global Corporate Marketing with business planning, resource management, performance management and performance insights.
This team helps M&S manage its resources and understand its performance towards SAP's ambitions. Their specialized and scalable operating model is designed to eliminate redundancies, drive standard processes, data sets, technologies, and dashboards across M&S to create a consistent view of the business and to effectively scale the COO team's impact.
