We're currently seeking experienced German-speaking SAP HCM Consultants to join a large-scale international SAP transformation programme. This is an excellent opportunity to work remotely on enterprise HR transformation projects with a leading global organisation.
We're looking for consultants with expertise in one or more of the following areas:
- SAP HCM Payroll (PY)
- SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC)
- SAP S/4HANA HCM Migration
Responsibilities
- Deliver SAP HCM implementation, rollout and transformation projects
- Gather business requirements and lead client workshops
- Configure and support SAP HCM solutions
- Collaborate with functional and technical teams across international projects
- Provide guidance and best practice throughout the project lifecycle
Requirements
- Fluent German and English communication skills
- Strong experience in SAP HCM, with expertise in Payroll (PY), Personnel Time (PT), SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC), or SAP S/4HANA HCM migration
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to work independently within remote international teams
