Job Location:

You can work remotely from any location in Germany, Austria, Romania or UK combined with a willingness to travel.

Job Role:

1. Build the right working model for SAP Fioneer for cloud with the central QMS team. How can we ensure Quality Management of Development, Maintenance, Support and Security at SAP Fioneer?
2. Continually improve the Quality Management System / QMS aligned to guard rails, methods and automation tooling to enhance Quality planning, assure quality levels, drive continuous improvement at efficient cost and effort for Cloud Platform and Cloud Application Services.
3. Define and implement Quality Management processes with reasonable automation for continuous assurance of the services development, DevOps, Cloud Operations and Cloud Application Services.
4. Be an active driver in the Quality Chapter of SAP Fioneer within the Cloud Platform and Products organization, liaising with the SAP Fioneer QMS lead and Cloud Platform and Products cloud products and services owners on quality goals, policies and adherence to quality goals and processes.
5. Collaborate closely with operations, engineering, suppliers and support teams to conduct regular quality management assessments including planning, review, mitigation plans and continuous improvement.
6. Certify the Quality Management System (QMS) based on industry standard ISO9001 for the Cloud Platform and Products services.
7. Adopt beneficial measures of further standards like ISO 19011 or IEEE Software & Systems Engineering Standards Committee (S2ESC) Quality Management.
8. Collaborate effectively with Data Privacy and Information Security and AppSec functions on an integrated automated policy control and reporting framework.

Minimum Requirements:

1. Bachelor, Master, MBA or similar qualified education.
2. Minimum of 8 years professional experience.
3. ISO 9001 process experience in a certified domain.
4. Domain experience in Quality in cloud services, AMS or technical infrastructure services or other related experience.
5. Experience working in a DevOps environment.
6. 5+ years of experience in Quality Management in software or similar industry.
7. Organized, detail-oriented and able to prioritize responsibilities.
8. Entrepreneurial mind-set.
9. High motivation to build and own the QMS for relevant cloud services, being able to independently drive initiatives forward.
10. “Get things done” attitude and hands-on experience.
11. Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
12. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are an advantage.
13. A sense of humor.
