Verantwortungsbereiche
- Engage with clients early to shape scope and set up delivery foundations
- Own end-to-end large-scale lending transformations across Commercial Lending, Development Banking, Mortgage, and Asset Finance
- Build trusted relationships with senior/C-level stakeholders as the primary accountability contact
- Develop client-specific solutions translating business needs into concrete roadmaps
- Ensure delivery meets time, budget, and quality standards to strengthen SAP Fioneer's reputation
- Lead and develop high-performing delivery teams with accountability and collaboration
- Navigate complex EMEA regulatory and market environments and adapt delivery accordingly
- Collaborate with product, architecture, and sales to ensure technically sound and commercially viable solutions
- Identify and manage delivery risks with clear mitigation plans
Zentrale Anforderungen
- Proven experience delivering large-scale lending technology programmes in EMEA (Commercial Lending, Development Banking, Mortgage, or Asset Finance)
- Strong track record in end-to-end programme management with accountability for quality, scope, and budget
- Experience building and leading high-performing delivery teams in cross-functional settings
- Ability to engage and align C-level stakeholders with strategic advisory and delivery ownership
- Solid understanding of lending architecture, system integration, and cloud-based platform design
- Familiarity with EMEA regulatory and compliance requirements relevant to lending
- Experience with core banking or lending platforms; knowledge of SAP Fioneer solutions is a plus
- Entrepreneurial mindset and comfort operating in a fast-moving, lean organization
- Willingness to travel extensively across the EMEA region
- Excellent English communication and leadership skills; additional European languages are a plus
