Overview
In this role you drive transformation-ready solution designs and delivery roadmaps for large banks, primarily in presales with a delivery perspective. You translate complex banking requirements into executable paths across operating models, data, processes, and platform architecture, while advising on readiness, risks, and change implications. You act as a trusted advisor to C-level leaders and shape multi-year roadmaps for payments, core banking, and cash management. You connect cross-functional teams through co-design sessions and architecture workshops to deliver scalable modernization. - Lead presales engagements to craft feasible, executable transformation visions and roadmaps
- Translate complex banking landscapes into realistic transformation concepts spanning operating models, data, processes, and regulatory constraints
- Advise clients on transformation readiness, risks, dependencies, and change implications
- Engage with C-level stakeholders as a trusted advisor on technology-driven modernization
- Shape multi-year roadmaps for payments, core banking, and cash management transformations
- Lead and participate in co-design sessions, architecture workshops, and partner orchestration
- Demonstrate credibility in scaling transformation from implementation to migration, process harmonisation, and integration patterns
- Identify and mitigate key presales risks to support successful client outcomes
Zentrale Anforderungen
- 10+ years of experience in consultancies, professional services, or software companies with a focus on banking technology (e.g., core banking)
- Experience in corporate banking, especially global transaction banking, cash management, and payments
- Proven track record shaping or leading large-scale transformation programs (implementation/modernization)
- Ability to translate complex banking landscapes into executable transformation concepts
- Strong commercial mindset capable of supporting complex presales pursuits
- Experience with SAP products is a strong plus
