As the Global Head of Talent Management, you will report directly into the CHRO and play a pivotal role in shaping the talent strategy and developing initiatives of our organization on a global scale to ensure the success of SAP Fioneer. This position demands both strategic thinking and hands-on execution to drive talent excellence and align human capital with our business objectives.
You are responsible for shaping the future of our workforce; your impact will be felt in the growth, performance, and sustainability of the company.
Requirements
- Talent Strategy: Develop and deliver comprehensive global talent management strategies aligned with the company’s objectives.
- Talent Development: Design and implement programs to identify, develop, and retain high-potential individuals within the organization.
- Graduate Development: Enhance & develop a graduate talent strategy to ensure successful onboarding & progression of young professionals into the business.
- Succession Planning: Create and maintain a succession planning framework to ensure a robust pipeline of talent for critical roles.
- Learning and Development: Optimize, curate and deliver training and development programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
- Change Management: Lead change management efforts related to talent management initiatives, ensuring smooth adoption and integration.
- Performance Management: Close alignment with the Corporate Development and HR Business Partnering Team to oversee the performance management process, working with leaders to provide coaching and feedback tools to enhance employee performance.
- Talent Acquisition: Close alignment with the Recruitment team to ensure aligned workforce strategy and ensuring diversity and inclusion in GTM.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor/Master’s Degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Extensive experience (7+ years) either in talent management and HR or business-related role with substantial people responsibilities in fast-paced, entrepreneurial, startup/tech environments.
- Hands-on / entrepreneurial mindset.
- Proven ability to lead and manage teams, including remote and cross-functional teams.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across the business and at all levels of the organization including senior leadership.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to translate strategy into actionable plans.
- Experience in talent analytics and data-driven decision-making.
- Exceptional project management and organizational skills.
- Fluency in English and German are a must.
