- Shape SAP Fioneer's strategy for the Financial Service sector in co-innovation projects with clients
- Define the Business Value Proposition for leading banks and insurers
- Bring expert credibility to cases and business development opportunities
- Engage with C-Level stakeholders to shape transformation journeys and extend product footprint
- Own complex transformation projects end-to-end, including co-innovation with partners
- Lead multi-disciplinary teams to address client challenges and deliver results
Zentrale Anforderungen
- 6+ years shaping and delivering large-scale digital innovation and transformation projects for banks or insurers
- Experience managing multiple internal and external stakeholders, including third parties
- Expertise in core banking and payments, lending, bank management incl. risk, or insurance finance
- Ability to discuss solutions with C-level management and lead motivated teams
- Proven contributions to sales of digital transformation projects in Financial Services
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to translate complex information into actionable insights
- High intellectual curiosity and passion for financial markets and business strategy
- Strong leadership and mentoring abilities
- Business fluency in English and German
- Master in Business Administration, Mathematics, Commerce or STEM
