Overview
As Global Senior Finance Manager, you will lead revenue recognition for software licenses, SaaS, and services across multiple jurisdictions, ensuring IFRS 15 and local GAAP compliance. You will own period-end closes, prepare and analyze financial statements, and support group reporting and audits. You will drive process improvements and system automation in a cloud-first environment, acting as a trusted advisor on revenue and reporting topics. This role sits at the intersection of finance, technology, and cross-functional collaboration to enable scalable growth.

Verantwortungsbereiche
- Lead end-to-end revenue recognition for software licenses, SaaS, and professional services under IFRS 15 and local GAAP across 20 countries
- Drive month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes for revenue and related accounts
- Prepare, review, and analyze balance sheet, P&L, and cash flow under IFRS and HGB
- Coordinate and consolidate group reporting to support internal and external reporting
- Develop and maintain accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls
- Prepare technical accounting memos and documentation for audits
- Support internal and external audits as a primary point of contact for revenue and reporting topics
- Improve financial systems and processes with automation and scalability in a cloud-first environment
- Act as a trusted advisor on revenue and financial reporting across the business
Zentrale Anforderungen
- 6+ years of accounting experience, preferably in software or professional services
- Deep knowledge of IFRS (especially IFRS 15) and HGB
- Strong experience in financial statement preparation, group reporting, and consolidation
- Experience with SAP ERP, preferably S/4HANA
- Strong analytical skills and clear communication of complex topics
- Fluency in English and German
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA/ACCA or equivalent a plus
