(Senior) Product Specialist (f/m/d) for Test Automation and Clean Core

What you’ll do
You will be part of the core product management team for SAP Cloud ALM and the RISE with SAP Methodology Dashboard. We’re seeking an experienced product specialist to contribute to the success of SAP Cloud ALM by focusing on Test Management, specifically the Test Automation capabilities of SAP Cloud ALM provided by our partner Tricentis. You will be responsible for introducing the Test Automation capabilities of SAP Cloud ALM and collaborate with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
As a product specialist, you are responsible for the expert rollout of SAP Test Automation by Tricentis integrated with SAP Cloud ALM. You will shape the products in close collaboration with the Chief Product Owner, architects, and product owners from engineering and our partner Tricentis.
As product specialist for Test Automation, your responsibilities will be to:
- Become an expert in SAP Test Automation by Tricentis and SAP Change Impact Analysis by Tricentis.
- Deliver empowering sessions and expert services.
- Work hands-on with internal parties, customers, and partners to support the adoption of SAP Test Automation by Tricentis integrated with SAP Cloud ALM.
- Support customers in developing strategies for Change Impact Analysis.
- Document your knowledge in Best Practice documents and service material.
- Provide feedback to the Tricentis and SAP product teams.
- Create rollout material such as presentations, blog posts, demos, and videos.
What you bring
- Experience with Test Automation tools, preferably Tricentis Tosca and SAP Test Automation by Tricentis.
- Enjoyment in hands-on work and a practical approach to tasks.
- Solid understanding of Test Management processes and Change Impact Analysis for SAP systems.
- Experience in SAP Change Impact Analysis by Tricentis or Business Process Change Analyzer is a plus.
- Experience in Application Lifecycle Management or project management will be a plus.
- Team-orientation and teamwork mindset.
- Very good communications and presentation skills.
- Written and spoken proficiency in German and English.
