What you'll do
- Work in the office team of the Chief Procurement Officer and support with various administrative tasks (travel planning, cost reimbursement, event planning)
- Represent the GPO (Global Procurement Organization) Office towards the organization and support the team with various tasks (e.g. manage the GPO Inbox)
- On- and offboarding of GPO colleagues
- Project support for various procurement projects
- Data quality verification and reporting
What you bring
- Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences
- Preferred fields of study: Business or IT or a combination of both
- Computer skills: data analysis within SAP environment, experience with SAP systems and tooling, MS Office
- Language skills: fluent in German and English, additional languages a plus
- Others: ideally prior SAP work experience
