Scrum Master (x|f|m) - Hybrid

For the Basic Control Germany team in the Process Automation division, we are looking for a Scrum Master (x|f|m) to join Sartorius Stedim Systems GmbH.In this role, you will be responsible for facilitating key Scrum events such as Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, and Retrospectives. You will ensure smooth execution, remove obstacles, and foster self-organization within the team.

This is a full-time position with a hybrid setup – partly remote and on-site in Guxhagen.

• You will take on the role of Scrum Master within the team and actively support agile development in the area of process automation
• Acting as a central link between three development teams, Product Owners, and Project Managers, you will maintain a clear overview of ongoing processes and coordinate collaboration effectively
• You will plan tasks proactively – based on priorities and availability – and ensure seamless sprint organization
• You will facilitate and shape all relevant Scrum events: Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives are integral parts of your agile workflow
• You will apply your project management expertise to structure processes and drive projects forward successfully

What will convinceus

• You have successfully completed a degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a comparable field
• This is complemented by solid experience as a Scrum Master, ideally with a background in software development
• Certifications such as Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master™ (PSM I/II) highlight your agile expertise
• You have a strong sense for agile methodologies and are familiar with frameworks like Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe
• Project management is part of your skill set – certifications such as PRINCE2®, IPMA®, or PMI® are a plus
• You are a true team player who stands out through empathy and openness
• Ideally, you bring experience in the field of automation, for example through working with Siemens technologies
• Trust is the foundation of your collaboration style
• Fluent German and English skills complete your profile
