Overview
As Customization Execution Lead, you drive strategic steering and cross-functional alignment across Sales, CCS, Platform, Engineering, Operations and BPM to enable efficient customization execution. You will shape a transparent operating model, identify bottlenecks, and orchestrate initiatives for scalable delivery in a life sciences context. You work closely with global stakeholders to turn insights into action, contributing to Sartorius’ mission to translate scientific discoveries into real-world medicine. This role offers exposure to senior leadership and a chance to influence end-to-end customization programs.
Verantwortungsbereiche
- Coordinate cross-functional initiatives across Sales, CCS, Platform, Engineering, Operations and BPM to align priorities and dependencies
- Develop and manage strategic project plans with objectives, timelines, resources and deliverables
- Analyze customization performance and health indicators to identify lead-time deviations, bottlenecks and risks, and define corrective actions
- Prioritize Smart Customization and other improvement initiatives based on impact, feasibility and dependencies
- Consolidate KPIs, risks, issues, decisions and actions for senior management reviews
- Lead execution reviews, resolve barriers, and ensure follow-up on agreed actions
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment with program objectives
Zentrale Anforderungen
- Master's degree in a related field
- At least 10 years of experience in cross-functional project/program management, business steering, or related roles
- Broad understanding of strategic steering processes and tools in technical B2B environments with customization and engineered-to-order processes
- Strong experience in performance management, KPI governance, root-cause analysis and continuous improvement
- Proven ability to coordinate complex cross-functional initiatives and influence stakeholders across global matrix organizations
- Strong strategic/analytical thinking and ability to translate insights into actions
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management, including to senior management
- High attention to detail, flexibility in documentation and reporting
- Fluent English; German is an advantage
