In this role you will shape Sartorius’ global job architecture and role standards to enable mobility and consistency across a complex, matrix-driven organization. You’ll analyze interfaces and ways of working to boost collaboration and accelerate core processes, while applying evaluation methodologies to guide investment decisions. You will advance org development governance and diagnostics, supporting sustainable change.
