Overview
In this role you will partner with Technical Sales, Product Management and Development to shape financial decisions for Separation Technologies and Lab Essentials. You will establish sound budgeting, forecasting and closing processes and translate financial data into actionable insights. You will drive profitability, growth, and efficiency through analytics, ROI assessments and business cases. You will collaborate across global teams to align KPIs with strategic objectives and support sustainable value creation.

Verantwortungsbereiche
- Advise leaders on financial and strategic matters across Technical Sales, Product Management and Product Development
- Prepare forecasts, budgets and monthly closings; ensure transparent financial management
- Analyze KPIs, business trends and variances; recommend actions to management
- Identify opportunities and risks; develop measures to enhance growth and profitability
- Support product development and portfolio decisions with profitability analyses and ROI assessments
- Advance reporting, KPIs and management tools for cross-functional teams
- Collaborate with international stakeholders to align financial and operational performance indicators
- Develop a partner-oriented controlling function through close collaboration with Commercial, Product Management and Development
Zentrale Anforderungen
- Master’s degree in a business-related field
- Several years in controlling or business-partnering within a global industrial company
- Strong understanding of business-financial interdependencies; ability to challenge decisions
- Confident, professional presence with excellent communication and stakeholder management
- High initiative, service orientation, proactive working style
- SAP, Excel and data-based analytical tools
- Business fluent English; German is a plus
- Willingness to travel up to 10% globally
