Senior Account Executive – Insurance Sector
Position Overview:
SAS is seeking a highly motivated Senior Account Executive with a strong background in sales, specifically in the insurance sector . This role is crucial in connecting our sales team with clients, emphasizing effective sales techniques while leveraging expertise in insurance solutions. The successful candidate will fluently communicate in German and possess deep knowledge of the German insurance market , enabling them to effectively align our services with client needs.
Main Responsibilities:
Client Engagement:
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in the insurance sector, includingUnderwriters ,Risk Managers , andCompliance Officers .
- Engage clients in discussions about their business needs and challenges, articulating how SAS’s insurance solutions can drive their success.
Sales Strategy Development:
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities within the insurance industry.
- Contribute to strategic planning sessions to refine approaches for reaching potential clients.
Lead Generation and Qualification:
- Initiate proactive lead generation efforts to uncover new prospects interested in SAS’s insurance offerings.
- Assess and qualify leads by understanding their distinct needs and aligning them with our solutions.
Sales Proposal Excellence:
- Develop compelling and tailored sales presentations that differentiate SAS’s insurance solutions from competitors.
- Utilize real-world case studies and examples during client presentations to demonstrate the tangible benefits of our services.
Insurance Solutions Expertise:
- Stay updated on emerging trends and challenges within the insurance industry.
- Monitor regulatory developments impacting clients to ensure SAS’s solutions remain relevant and compliant.
Sales Facilitation:
- Guide clients through the sales process, addressing queries and concerns to ensure a seamless experience.
- Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate the timely execution of contracts and service delivery.
Post-Sales Client Care:
- Ensure a smooth transition for clients to our Professional Services team after a successful sale.
- Maintain ongoing communication with clients to confirm satisfaction and explore additional needs.
Feedback Loop for Continuous Improvement:
- Provide valuable insights from client interactions and market observations to our product teams, fostering enhancements in SAS’s insurance solutions.
