The Role
The Global Account Director will lead high-profile international brands, ensuring seamless coordination across global markets. This role requires a strategic and production-savvy leader with a deep understanding of FMCG brands . The position is responsible for overseeing the development and execution of international master brands and campaigns , balancing creative ambition with production feasibility.
Key Responsibilities
- Global Brand Leadership: Serve as the primary client partner, ensuring strategic alignment and executional excellence across international markets.
- Campaign Development & Execution: Oversee the creation and rollout of integrated, multi-market campaigns.
- Strategic Planning: Provide thought leadership and strategic insight to shape brand positioning and messaging globally.
- Production Oversight: Manage complex production processes, ensuring high-quality execution across TVC, digital, social, and print assets.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with creative, strategy, and production teams to drive innovative, high-impact work.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong partnerships with senior stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor.
- Team Leadership & Development: Lead and mentor a team of account managers, fostering a culture of excellence and growth.
Ideal Candidate
- Extensive experience in global brand management , ideally within FMCG, beauty, or luxury categories.
- Strong strategic mindset , with a proven track record of guiding creative work that resonates across diverse markets.
- Production expertise, with a deep understanding of international campaign rollouts and high-quality execution.
- Exceptional client management skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive strategic conversations.
- A passion for disruptive creativity and an ability to translate strategic insights into compelling brand campaigns.
- Background in a top-tier creative agency managing global accounts.
- Fluency in English (German is a plus).
