Overview
In this role, you help safeguard the bank against financial crime by supporting onboarding and ongoing KYC/CDD activities for private and corporate clients. Based in Zurich, you collaborate with Commercial teams and stakeholders to ensure Swiss regulatory compliance and high-quality KYC processes. You contribute to a strong financial crime prevention framework through risk assessment and process improvements. This opportunity lets you influence KYC policy and support a seamless client experience within a cross-functional, international environment.
Verantwortungsbereiche
- Support client onboarding in line with AML regulations and internal policies
- Conduct ongoing due diligence reviews of existing clients and escalate AML risks
- Collaborate with Commercial teams to ensure efficient onboarding and review processes
- Perform quality checks of KYC assessments for accuracy and compliance
- Identify quality gaps and recommend process improvements
- Stay updated on AML and Swiss financial regulations and industry developments
- Participate in review and enhancement of AML policies and regulatory frameworks
- Support knowledge-sharing and best-practice initiatives within the team
Zentrale Anforderungen
- 4-5 years of experience in KYC, CDD, or AML in financial services
- A relevant degree in Finance, Law, Business Administration, Compliance, Risk Management, or related field
- Strong knowledge of Swiss regulatory requirements and CDD obligations
- Understanding of ownership structures and AML risks
- Proficiency in German and English
- Experience with private and corporate clients
- Strong analytical skills and risk assessment capabilities
