Tasks

  • Identify and research potential new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients through effective communication and networking.
  • Develop and present compelling proposals and presentations tailored to the needs and goals of potential clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless transition of new clients and projects.
  • Track and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales strategies.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of business development or sales experience in advertising/marketing
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Demonstrated ability to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to drive growth
  • Strong verbal and written communication/negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in German is essential , along with English and Italian, for effective communication. Applications without German will not be considered.
  • Ability to build relationships with clients, partners, and internal teams
  • Understanding of digital marketing trends, strategies, and tools
  • Experience with CRM software and sales analytics is a plus
  • Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and competitor activities
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings, industry events, and conferences
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities to address client needs effectively
