Operations Securities Manager – Transfers (m/f/x)

Responsibilities

1. Manage daily internal account reconciliation, including transaction bookings and TaxBox delivery, and oversee settlement activities with counterparties.
2. Investigate mismatches, identify process improvements, and execute time-sensitive tasks to ensure operational excellence.
3. Support detailed analysis of security transfer data to inform operational decisions and process enhancements.
4. Develop scalable processes and collaborate with internal teams to support our company\’s growth.
5. Communicate with external partners and data providers to ensure smooth settlement processes.

Qualifications

1. Knowledge of securities and banking processes, especially on-exchange trading and settlement.
2. Experience with German settlement systems and processes such as Clearstream Banking and TaxBox is a plus.
3. Ability to evaluate results, make quick decisions, and communicate effectively with stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English.
