(Senior) Product Manager - Regulatory Technology (m/f/x)
Scalable Capital is a leading digital investment and banking platform with a full banking licence. We are hiring a senior Product Manager to lead our regulatory technology core and drive product enablement for control functions such as AML, Finance, Compliance, and Financial Risk.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the Product Manager for the Regulatory Technology domain, ensuring control functions scale seamlessly.
- Collaboratively discover, define, and synthesize complex new regulatory requirements with second line and use‑case owners.
- Partner with product peers to integrate new features across Broker, Wealth, Credit, and Banking offerings.
- Own the product roadmap and technical specifications, working with Data Engineers on data lake and regulatory data architecture.
- Drive end‑to‑end product delivery with a focus on high execution speed, accuracy, and detail.
- Apply agile frameworks, prioritizing milestones over rigid sprint commitments to adapt to changes.
Qualifications
- Solid experience in product management, ideally within technical platforms, financial services, data engineering or regulatory environments.
- Creativity and problem‑solving skills valued over pure domain expertise.
- Technical affinity to collaborate closely with engineering, including comfortable use of Jira, Confluence and other agile tools.
- Strong organizational and project‑management skills, capable of breaking down regulatory frameworks into actionable technical specs and delivering at high velocity.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to harmonise stakeholders across engineering, operations, product management, and control functions.
- Professional fluency in English; German is an advantage but not mandatory.
