As our first dedicated People Analytics hire, you will build the foundations for a data-driven People function. This is a hands-on individual contributor role. You will bring together People data, create reliable reporting, improve our People Tech stack, and turn data into insights that help leaders make informed decisions.Build a trusted People data foundation by combining data from relevant source systems and ensuring data quality, privacy, and clear ownershipDesign and maintain dashboards and reports for core People metrics, such as headcount, hiring, retention, employee lifecycle, and workforce planningPartner with People Partners, Talent Acquisition, Finance, and business leaders to translate business questions into meaningful analysesDevelop clear, actionable recommendations and communicate insights to non-technical stakeholdersImprove and expand our People Tech ecosystem to support reliable data flows and efficient People processesEstablish practical data governance standards for People data, including definitions, access, quality checks, and privacy requirementsIdentify opportunities to develop forecasting and predictive analytics capabilities as the data foundation maturesShape Scalable’s People Analytics and People Tech foundations from day one with a dedicated budget for analytics tooling and continuous learningWork in close collaboration with People, Finance, and business leadership to directly improve decision-making, employee experience, and business growthQualificationsExperience in People Analytics, People Data Management, Business Intelligence, or a comparable data analytics roleStrong SQL skills and experience with data visualisation tools, such as Metabase, Tableau, or Power BIExperience working with HR systems and integrating data from multiple sourcesA sound understanding of data architecture, data quality, data governance, and privacy principlesAbility to explain complex data clearly and turn findings into practical recommendationsExperience with Python or R is a plus, especially for advanced analyticsFluent English skills.
