Responsibilities

1. Coordinate and support the department in accordance with Crisis Management Plans, Business Continuity Plans, and Disaster Recovery Plans
2. Maintain Crisis Management Plans and Business Continuity Plans in accordance with our standards
3. Coordinate the review, maintenance, and testing of Business Continuity Plans, ensuring their validity and effectiveness
4. Coordinate the review, maintenance, and testing of technology Disaster Recovery Plans for core infrastructure services, working with IT technicians and Infrastructure management
5. Maintain and provide management information reports detailing the current status of all Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery Plans
6. Promote corporate global awareness of Business Continuity policies, standards, plans, processes, and arrangements
7. Collaborate closely with IT Vendor Management or directly with vendors

Minimum Qualifications

1. Bachelor\’s degree in Information Technology or a related field, or equivalent experience
2. Profound experience in Business Continuity, preferably within financial services
3. Experience working with IT teams to develop, maintain, and test IT Disaster Recovery and fallback/failover processes
4. Certifications such as Business Continuity Institute (MBCI), Disaster Recovery Institute (CBCP), or similar
5. Knowledge of ISO 22301 and international Business Continuity standards
6. Experience in crisis and incident management processes
7. Experience in building and maintaining Business Continuity plans
8. Knowledge of regulatory requirements like DORA
