Responsibilities

• Own daily reconciliation, settlement, and security transaction processes to actively contribute to flawless financial services.
• Support the analysis of corporate action events by identifying patterns, correlating data, and helping detect and investigate issues to ensure smooth processing.
• Take over communication with our external partners to ensure smooth processing of corporate actions.
• Assist to develop scalable processes and collaborate with internal teams to support the fast‑paced growth of our business.

Qualifications

• Successfully completed a banking apprenticeship, a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business administration, finance, accounting, or equivalent.
• Gained first experience in securities services, brokerage or asset management; prior involvement in a bank’s middle or back office is a plus.
• Knowledgeable or interested in securities and banking processes, such as corporate actions and correlating banking activities.
• Able to work in a time‑sensitive environment and balance competing priorities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Fluent in German and English (written and spoken).
