Job Description

• You manage our existing partner networks, key accounts, and related campaign operations across markets.
• You are responsible for our partnership outreach strategy to identify and onboard new partners with a high target audience fit.
• You support the development of a growing portfolio of partners for the German and international markets, driving campaign engagement and performance.
• You feel confident conducting business negotiations with new and existing partners.
• You regularly challenge the status quo of our tracking setup and seek improvements.
• You plan, deploy, analyze, and optimize a suitable business partnership and affiliate strategy to maximize conversion rates and ROI.
• You provide data-based insights and analysis to all relevant stakeholders continuously.
• You manage channel budgets and drive operational and performance improvements through iterations and experiments.
• You are comfortable working cross-functionally and proactively report to key marketing stakeholders about ongoing initiatives and future growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• You have several years of experience in affiliate and digital marketing.
• You are familiar with tracking technologies and eager to become an expert.
• You are data-driven, making decisions based on detailed analysis.
• You have experience creating insightful and actionable reports and data-based decision templates.
• You possess strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
• You are proactive, independent, and work well in a team.
• You are fluent in German and English; knowledge of Italian, French, Spanish, or Dutch is a plus.
• You have a passion for investing and an affinity for fintech solutions.
