Job Description

As a Product Manager for Mobile Apps, you will play a key role in shaping the future of our mobile platforms. It requires a blend of organizational talent and the ability to elevate the mobile user experience by collaborating with various teams, roles, and stakeholders across our entire product and engineering organization.

Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize and develop our native iOS and Android mobile applications, focusing on optimizing the user experience.
• Lead a mobile app team, manage the roadmap, and oversee agile processes.
• Serve as the product expert and champion for mobile platforms, emphasizing their importance within the organization.
• Coordinate priorities, timelines, and implementations with internal stakeholders and teams across both B2C and B2B features.
• Collaborate with designers and domain experts to craft exceptional UI and UX, ensuring intuitive and engaging user experiences.
• Work closely with marketing, other mobile, and feature teams to orchestrate and execute regular mobile app releases.
• Leverage customer data, competitive analysis, and user feedback to align mobile apps with user needs and expectations.

Qualifications

• Passion for digital products and a strong desire to enhance users\‘ financial well-being through digital innovation.
• Ability to effectively prioritize tasks, timelines, and roadmaps, and to manage dependencies within and across teams.
• Hands-on approach and ownership of the product development process from ideation to UX prototyping and design.
• Excellent communication skills in English; German is a plus.
• Good understanding of native iOS and Android app development, industry trends, and best practices.
• Proficiency with native mobile functionalities like push notifications, extensions, and universal links.
• Experience in agile product development and familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, and Figma.
