Senior Fullstack Engineer (Typescript) – Client Success Platform (m/f/x) (onsite / remote in Germany)

You will join the Client Technology Tribe, which provides state-of-the-art security for authentication, identification processes through KYC, GDPR-compliant data processing, and platform development to enhance marketing and support channels.

The goal of the Client Success Platform Team is to deliver an outstanding customer support experience through proactive support tools, analytics, AI-assisted communication, process automation, and intuitive interfaces.

About the position:

1. Join the Client Success Platform Team as a Senior TypeScript Fullstack Engineer.
2. Build client-facing and internal platforms to ensure timely, world-class customer support during high-growth or market volatility.
3. Create, operate, and improve microservices and serverless functions using TypeScript, with contributions to Python and Kotlin projects.
4. Utilize AWS services for efficient platform operation.
5. Write clean, testable, maintainable, and well-documented code, prioritizing security.
6. Work with modern technologies and practices, including agile teams, CI/CD, test automation, and cloud infrastructure.

Minimum qualifications:

1. Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
2. Strong backend experience with Node.js, REST, and relational databases.
3. Frontend experience with React.
4. Nice to have: Next.js, NestJS, GraphQL.
5. Experience with AWS or another cloud provider.
6. Passion for well-architected, testable, and documented code with an agile mindset.
7. Strong analytical skills in technical and product domains.
8. Experience in complex microservices or serverless projects.
9. Excellent communication skills in English.
10. Security and DevOps experience are advantageous.
11. Financial industry background is a plus.
