Senior Product Marketing Manager mfx

• Develop and implement comprehensive product marketing strategies to drive product adoption and growth aligned with business objectives
• Manage and coordinate cross-functional go-to-market strategies and its implementation for product and feature launches
• Define strategic positioning of our existing and new products in alignment with our overall brand and product strategy
• Establish tangible value propositions and key USPs to sharpen our positioning
• Make use of data analytics to provide input on user behaviour and segmentation to facilitate data-driven decisions in the product management and marketing teams
• Conduct competitor and market insights research and capture user feedback to support the product teams in developing the product strategy and feature roadmap
• Own your projects and steer them cross-teams including product, content, CRM, brand, and creative teams

Qualifications:

• You have a university degree in Business, Management, Marketing, Psychology, Data Analytics, Finance, and/or other related fields of study
• You are customer-obsessive and passionate about the fintech landscape
• You have strong organizational skills combined with hands-on project management experience and detail orientation to deliver on multifaceted projects
• You enjoy working collaboratively across teams and business units
• You are experienced in Product Marketing, Marketing Management, Product Management, Business/Marketing Intelligence, or adjacent fields of expertise, which is a plus
• You have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; German skills are considered a plus
