Head of Product | AI-Native Startup We’re hiring a hands-on Head of Product for a fast-growing AI startup launching a new enterprise product. This is not a traditional people-management position. You will take ownership of the entire product—from defining the vision and strategy to customer discovery, delivery, launch and commercial impact. The role: Own the product vision, strategy and roadmap Lead a new AI product line from launch through growth Translate complex customer problems into scalable product capabilities Work closely with Engineering, Design and Data Build and launch AI-powered workflows using LLMs, retrieval, agents and structured extraction Define and track activation, adoption, retention and product-success metrics Align product releases with customer, sales and GTM priorities Make clear prioritisation and trade-off decisions in a fast-moving environment What we’re looking for: 5+ years of software product experience AI startup experience is essential Experience owning an entire product end-to-end—not only one feature or product area A track record of taking technically complex products from 0–1 Experience shipping AI products or significant AI capabilities used by real customers Strong understanding of B2B or enterprise SaaS Comfortable working directly with customers and technical teams Based in Germany What’s on offer: 6 figure salary Meaningful equity Complete ownership of a new AI product Direct influence over product and company strategy Fully remote working across Germany Access to a new office opening in Berlin
