Qualifications
Education : Vocational education and training with the Swiss Federal VET Diploma or equivalent.
Work experience : More than 1 year as Sous‑Chef in a high‑end kitchen.
Languages
German – Orally: Very good, Written: None.
Italian – Orally: Good, Written: None.
English – Orally: Good, Written: None.
Mindset : Passion, responsibility, reliability, and a structured working style.
