Motion Graphic Designer / Video Editor (m/f/d)

As a Motion Graphic Designer / Video Editor (m/f/d) , you’ll play a key role in our design and content team, crafting innovative visuals for social media, HTML ads, demo videos, interviews, and corporate-style productions. Your tasks include animation, post-production, film editing, and managing final exports. Occasionally, you’ll also operate cameras for in-house studio shoots and occasionally at external events like trade fairs.
Responsibilities
- Design animations, social media videos, product demos, and HTML ad visuals
- Shape raw footage into polished productions, focusing on storytelling and brand consistency
- Act as a cameraperson for studio shoots and external events like trade shows
- Work with designers, copywriters, and marketers to develop innovative campaigns
- Keep up with trends in motion design, video editing, and digital storytelling to ensure assets feel fresh and cutting-edge
Requirements
- Degree or training in film, motion design, or communication design, with a strong portfolio of professional work
- Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro) and exporting animations for HTML ads
- Knowledge of film production basics (lighting, sound, cameras) with a desire to improve
- Strong design sense, trend awareness, and ability to work in fast-paced environments
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and organizational skills, with quick thinking under pressure
- Bonus: Experience with 3D tools (Cinema 4D, Blender), ecommerce, or SaaS, and working with commercial teams
- Proactive, adaptable, and focused on delivering results
