Responsibilities
Accounts payable for Ocean & River Cruises
Reconciliation of vendor statements
Review & follow‑up of Accounts Payable Aging Reports
Responsible for Credit Card and Expense reports
Monitoring of bank transactions
Support in cost controlling and margin analysis
Prepare documents for external auditors
Ad‑hoc inquiries and projects
Experience and Qualifications
A completed degree in accounting and/or commercial degree
At least 3 years of experience in accounting positions
Experienced working in a similar role, preferably in a multinational environment
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office programs
Experience in NetSuite is a plus
Fluent in English (German is a plus)
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
Willing to take ownership, hands‑on, persistent, meet deadlines, team‑oriented personality
