Junior Buyer Shore Excursions & Hotels 100%

you will support the sourcing, contracting, and management of services that shape our shore programs – including excursions, guides, local transportation, and hotel accommodations. You’ll work closely with senior team members to assist in negotiations, maintain records, and ensure service quality for our guests.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their procurement or tourism career, ready to learn and grow within an experienced and international team.

Responsibilities

• Assist in researching and identifying potential suppliers for excursions and hotel services
• Support the negotiation of pricing and availability under the guidance of senior buyers
• Help maintain accurate records of contracts, terms, and pricing in our internal systems
• Collaborate with the Product and Operations teams to understand needs and expectations
• Participate in annual reconfirmation and rebuying processes
• Help monitor supplier performance and address basic issues with support from senior staff
• Assist in planning and preparing for supplier visits or site inspections

Experience and Qualifications

• Early professional experience or strong academic background in tourism, procurement, hospitality, or a related field
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Good communication skills and a willingness to negotiate and interact with suppliers
• Fluent in English; knowledge of other European languages is a plus
• Motivated, curious, and eager to develop a career in travel contracting
• Some flexibility for occasional travel within Europe
