- Your Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary Quality Business Partner and single point of contact ("One Face to the Business Division") for assigned Business Divisions.
- Lead customer communication, coordination, and escalation management, serving as the voice of the customer/BD within the organization.
- Own and drive the end-to-end complaint management process, including governance, enforcement, and continuous improvement.
- Coordinate cross-functional complaint resolution and provide guidance on complaint handling and quality standards.
- Monitor quality performance and customer feedback in the market, identifying risks and improvement opportunities.
- Drive service optimization initiatives, balancing customer service quality and reverse logistics efficiency while ensuring sustainable follow-up.
- Support releases from a quality perspective.
- Translate Business Division requirements into effective quality solutions and actions.
- Foster close customer relationships through a Quality Key Account Management (QKAM) approach.
- Lead the rollout, adoption, and effectiveness monitoring of the Quality Governance Framework across the organization.
- Your Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Several years of experience in Customer Quality, Complaint Management, Quality Operations, or Quality Governance.
- Strong understanding of quality standards, complaint processes, and customer-facing quality management.
- Experience working closely with customers and leading cross-functional problem-solving activities.
- Knowledge of product release processes, quality systems, and governance frameworks.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to influence and drive results across international and cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Willingness to travel.
