Based in Ebikon (Switzerland), you will work at the heart of the Group Finance organization, closely partnering with Global Functions and senior stakeholders such as the Group CFO, Global Controlling, Global Accounting Sustainability/Pillar 2 as a plus) and a solid track record in CPM solution design and implementation Strong finance background with focus on Group consolidation (IFRS) and performance management Understanding of end‑to‑end data landscapes, including ERP integration (e.g., SAP) and data governance Analytical mindset with experience defining KPIs, metrics and value drivers for business steering Fluent English and the ability to communicate effectively with senior stakeholders Why Schindler?
