Your Responsibilities
In this position, you represent the HR business process knowledge with proficiency and experience in HR solutions. As Global HR IT Solutions Expert you work closely with the Business Solution Manager to deliver quality and shape HR processes and tools to respond to requirements from the Schindler HR business. Main tasks include:
- Implementing and performing global rollout of HR business solutions
- Expertise in global HR projects and initiative of providing support for HR modules and processes
- Execution of knowledge transfer between solutions build and run
- Management of solutions interfaces and maintenance of authorizations as well as the HR solutions architecture
- Communication with business process owners, Global HR Community as well as internal IT and external suppliers
- Expert knowledge in release management

- Solid knowledge and experience in SuccessFactors
- Degree in IT or general management
- At least 5 years of similar experience in a multicultural environment with cross-functional teamwork
- Established project management skills
- Familiarity with common business tools like O365
- Excellent English skills
