Overview
As Global Finance Transformation Manager, you drive the SAP S/4HANA transformation and lead cross-functional initiatives across finance, data, reporting, and tech. You collaborate with stakeholders worldwide to deliver scalable finance solutions and strong reporting, leveraging tools like Power BI and CCH Tagetik. You will partner with Global Finance and IT to ensure successful project delivery, standardize processes, and enable data-driven decision making in an international setting. Verantwortungsbereiche
- Lead SAP S/4HANA transformation initiatives focusing on Financial Steering, Universal Journal, Margin Analysis, Material Ledger, and Product Costing
- Head global cross-functional projects involving SAP, Power BI, and CCH Tagetik, including sustainability and BEPS Pillar Two reporting
- Analyze finance processes, reporting structures, and system dependencies; translate business needs into practical solutions
- Partner with Global Finance stakeholders, Process Owners, IT, and external partners to ensure delivery
- Support full project lifecycle with a focus on standardization, scalability, and continuous improvement across finance processes, data, KPIs, and reporting
- Drive standardization of reporting processes, structures, KPIs, and data definitions across source systems and data platforms
Zentrale Anforderungen
- Eight+ years in Finance, Finance Transformation, SAP projects, or business process management
- Hands-on experience with SAP ERP and/or SAP S/4HANA transformation projects
- Knowledge of SAP Financial Steering, Universal Journal, Margin Analysis, Material Ledger, Product Costing
- Experience with Power BI, CCH Tagetik, or similar enterprise performance management tools
- Fluent English; proven ability to communicate with senior stakeholders
- Strong analytical and conceptual thinking
