Your mission

Responsibilities

• Assess the customer’s training needs (individuals and groups)
• Prepare course material and adapt training plans to the customers’ needs
• Schedule training sessions and enter data in our CRM system
• Conduct trainings on the use of our TVT software – onsite and online in both German and English
• Follow-up on training sessions (certificates, training surveys, feedback, etc.)
• Assist our Product Support in ticket handling and creation of Help Center articles

You will provide high quality training to our customers’ users and enable them to use our software TVT (text verification tool) in a professional and efficient manner:

• Assess the customer’s training needs (individuals and groups)
• Prepare course material and adapt training plans to the customers’ needs
• Schedule training sessions and enter data in our CRM system
• Conduct trainings on the use of our TVT software – onsite and online in both German and English
• Follow-up on training sessions (certificates, training surveys, feedback, etc.)
• Assist our Product Support in ticket handling and creation of Help Center articles

Your profile

• You have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• You are enthusiastic about teaching and working with people, with the ability to present complex topics in a concise and understandable manner
• You can quickly familiarize yourself with new software tools
• You bring teaching experience (online and offline) – a trainer certification is a plus but not mandatory
• You have German and English language skills at C1 level
