The team is expected to expand due to growth and exciting supply chain projects.
YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage and administer IT systems with a focus on 2nd/3rd level support and minimal 1st level support
- Act as (partial) project manager for the growing IT environment
- Develop requirements and oversee testing and deployment of CRM/ERP and other systems
- Work independently on cross-functional (change) projects to optimize and digitize business processes
- Develop, present, and implement ideas to further develop IT
- Present to executives or management
- Support team members mutually
YOUR PROFILE
- Experience managing network architectures and proficient in administering Microsoft operating systems and Active Directory infrastructure
- Project management knowledge is desirable
- Experience gathering requirements and implementing IT technologies like DMS/ECM
- Initial knowledge in process consulting
- Methodological skills in Scrum, KANBAN, Prince2, ITIL are a plus
- Several years of practical experience working with clients, users, and external service providers
