By providing a nurturing work environment where we look out for each other, draw on each other's diverse outlooks and skills, and work to change all lives, including our own, for the better.Your MissionAssist in creating and updating delivery schedules, tracking shipments, and coordinating follow-up deliveriesMonitor project-related risks and help ensure timely follow-up on identified issuesContribute to the preparation of reports for various stakeholdersSupport the development and implementation of new project management processesPrepare evaluations and analyses and help track deadlines and planned milestonesAssist with the preparation of presentations for management and project boardsDocument meeting minutes and follow up on action itemsRecord and track lessons learned measuresHelp organize and prepare regular global project meetings (Jour Fixe) with project managersProvide assistance to project managers with project approvals and board presentationsYour ProfileEnrolled student in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Project Management, or a related fieldFirst practical experience in project management is an advantageVery good command of English and German (C1 level); additional languages are a plusStrong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPointAn analytical and structured way of working with attention to detailStrong organizational and communication skillsReliable, proactive, and eager to learnTeam player with flexibility to work in an international environmentWhy Us?A motivated team with flat hierarchies, an open communication culture, and short decision-making pathsWork in a secure, established business with great long-term career prospects.
