Job Description

  • Tech and Strategy Savvy : This position requires a tech and strategy savvy, digitally oriented Strategy Leader who will work closely with the Zone President and the leadership Team to accelerate progress towards the company’s growth strategy.
  • Analysis and Coordination : Provide in-depth analysis, coordination, guidance, and support on key projects that require the collaboration of business units, functional areas, segments, and geographies for successful change management.
  • Change Management : Ensure that the leadership team members are aligned and working effectively to prioritize and manage adherence to KPIs.
  • Fostering Collaboration : Foster collaboration and accountability across teams, facilitate strategic thinking, planning, and execution, and develop management systems and procedures.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Drive strategic and change management projects : Lead strategic and change management projects to ensure successful implementation and alignment with the company’s growth strategy.
  • Develop and evaluate business models and go-to-market strategies : Create and assess business models and go-to-market strategies, including technological, commercial, and financial aspects, as well as risk and mitigation.
  • Identify cross-country business trends, and pioneer business opportunities : Recognize business trends across countries and initiate, develop, and follow through on pilot projects to explore new business opportunities.
  • Provide information and deliverables to increase productivity and effectiveness : Supply the Zone President and management team with information and deliverables on projects to enhance productivity and effectiveness, ensuring action items and deliverables are identified and tracked.
  • Leverage technology for information alignment and decision-making : Utilize technology to align and share information, applying technical solutions to complex projects to facilitate data sharing and decision-making.
  • Align communication, people, processes, resources, and systems : Ensure effective implementation and delivery of required results by aligning communication, people, processes, resources, and systems.
  • Prioritize conflicting needs and address matters expeditiously : Manage conflicting needs, address matters proactively, and follow through on projects to successful completion.
  • Keep a pulse on organizational-wide initiatives and connect the dots cross-functionally : Monitor organizational-wide initiatives and connect the dots cross-functionally, managing actions and results.
  • Handle and maintain highly confidential and sensitive information : Manage and maintain highly confidential and sensitive information.

Requirements:

  • MBA or Master of Science degree preferred.
  • At least 10 years of progressive management experience in areas such as product management, technical sales, corporate consulting, strategic planning, business development.
  • Must have proven track record of effectively interacting with senior/executive level management.
  • Strong knowledge of digital trends, social media, and platforms.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and leadership skills.
  • Strong technical background in Energy or Industrial fields, project management, business, finance and analytical skills.
  • Flexible, adaptable, and able to work under pressure or in ambiguous environments.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and implement tactical plans to support desired outcomes.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and influence without direct authority to drive critical results at various levels.
  • Self-motivated, willingness to own issues and results/action-oriented.
  • High personal integrity, ethical and professional conduct, ability to develop trust.
  • Ability to work and influence across cultures.
