A strong team needs strong personalities, therefore we are looking for a 3D / AI Production Manager (m/f/d)for our location in Hanoi / VietnamTechnical and disciplinary leadership of a motivated 3D/AI production team (Home & Living and Retail Industry)Oversee daily 3D/AI asset production operations, ensuring smooth delivery and efficient workflowsBuilding, developing and motivating the team in HanoiMonitoring, ensuring, and optimizing processesOrganizing and coordinating between the local branch and the German headquartersActively contributing to the further development of our companyExperience in photorealistic 3D/AI visualizations of products (focus on furniture)Proficiency in 3D software such as Blender and/or 3DsMax, VrayStrong knowledge of AI image-generation tools and workflowsInitial leadership experience is a plusEnjoy working with people and communicating in a solution-oriented mannerHigh social and communication skills, flexibility and reliabilityStructured, independent, and goal-oriented working styleStrong sense of responsibility and assertivenessFluent English (business level)Corporate culture characterized by cooperation and co-designResponsibility right from the startShort decision-making processes in a growing and international company Erfahrungslevel: Mit Personalverantwortung, Mit Berufserfahrung
