For our client UBS Switzerland AG, supporting their LATAM segment across the booking centers in Switzerland and Hamburg, we are currently looking for a

Marketing & Business Support LATAM (100%)

Your role

• Support the planning, coordination and execution of marketing activities and client events for LATAM markets across booking centers Switzerland and Hamburg.
• Manage end-to-end event ticketing processes, including requests, allocations, nominations, tool updates, reporting and follow-up activities.
• Coordinate closely with Market Business Coordinators and stakeholders to ensure accurate guest management, invitation handling and timely execution.
• Organise and deliver local client events in Zurich and Geneva, including venue sourcing, restaurant bookings, transportation arrangements, event materials, giveaways and on-site support.
• Support international and flagship events by consolidating nominations, monitoring confirmations, managing deadlines and coordinating with central event teams.
• Handle operational event administration, including supplier coordination, invoices, contracts, documentation and post-event follow-up.
• Ensure accurate event tracking and timely reporting for LATAM markets, contributing to KPI dashboards and management reporting.
• Provide back-up support for digital lead management activities, maintaining data quality, monitoring follow-ups and coordinating with Client Advisors.
• Contribute to process improvements and help ensure a consistently high-quality client experience across all marketing and event activities.
• Place of work will be Zurich.

Your profile

• Commercial apprenticeship, degree in Marketing, Events Management or a comparable qualification.
• Professional experience in marketing, event management, hospitality, client service or a similar coordination role.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, stakeholders and deadlines simultaneously.
• High level of client and service orientation with a proactive, hands-on approach.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong operational execution skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and handling ad hoc requests and last-minute changes.
• Strong communication skills and confidence interacting with internal and external stakeholders.
• Advanced user of Microsoft Office applications; experience with reporting tools and dashboards is an advantage.
• Fluency in English is essential; Spanish and/or Portuguese are highly desirable. German would be an advantage.
