School of Tomorrow is a progressive, bilingual and interdisciplinary school that places student agency, creativity and practice-oriented learning at the centre. The school offers small classes, personalized learning paths and combines Curriculum 21 with international best practice. The secondary level is growing gradually: Classes 7–8 are currently offered, Class 9 starts next school year, followed by Class 10 (Pre-IB) and the Diploma Programme in Classes 11–12.
For School of Tomorrow, we are looking for an experienced marketing professional who actively shapes our upcoming rebranding and strategically develops our brand. The focus of this position is on the further development of our brand identity, our website as well as the creation and coordination of high-quality communication measures. You work independently, bring your own ideas and implement projects with high quality standards. In doing so, you work closely with school management and various internal stakeholders.
Rebranding & Brand Development
Participation in the strategic and operational implementation of our rebranding
Development and assurance of a consistent brand identity across all channels
Development and implementation of brand guidelines
Coordination and procurement of branded materials (brochures, signage, merchandise, presentations, digital assets, etc.)
Ensuring a professional and consistent visual and linguistic presence
Website Management & Development
Responsibility for the ongoing maintenance and updating of the website
Planning and implementation of new content and landing pages
Participation in the development of structure, user experience and functionality
Coordination of external partners and service providers on website projects
Quality assurance of all website content
Monitoring relevant website metrics and derivation of optimization measures
Content & Communication
Creation of high-quality content for website, newsletters, articles, print materials and other communication channels
SEO-optimized writing to improve visibility and reach
Planning and coordination of photo shoots and strategic use of the resulting material
Support in internal and external communication of the school
Social Media
Planning and implementation of target group-relevant content for our social media channels
Further development of social media presence and community management
Analysis of performance and continuous optimization
Marketing Analysis & Reporting
Building and developing marketing tracking and reporting
Creation and maintenance of automated reports (e.g. Google Looker Studio)
Analysis of marketing measures and derivation of concrete recommendations for action
Organizational Development & Community Building
Conception and implementation of surveys and evaluations
Building and maintaining partnerships with local partners and organizations
Support in the planning and implementation of events such as open days, workshops and community events
Qualifications
At least 5 years of professional experience in marketing, brand management or corporate communications
Experience in implementing rebranding, website or brand development projects
Pronounced sense for brand management, communication and target group-appropriate content
Excellent knowledge of content marketing, SEO, website management and marketing analytics
Experience in coordinating projects and collaborating with various internal and external stakeholders
Independent, structured and solution-oriented working approach with high personal responsibility
Excellent German and English language skills, both written and spoken
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in ad management or planning and implementing advertising campaigns (e.g. Google Ads, Meta Ads or LinkedIn Ads)
Knowledge of graphic design and experience with tools such as Adobe Creative Suite or Canva
Experience in professional support, coordination or collaboration with a marketing junior
