Apply ONCE as a team, interviews will also need to be conducted as a team.

There are 3 phases to the application process (if you are selected):

Initial interviews - 16 - 18 June (15 mins)

Phase 1, Prove Yourself - 22 June - 17 July (4 weeks remote - during this phase you will receive 2 coaching sessions)

Phase 2, Acceleration - 3 August - 7 December (4 months onsite at Schub Space)
Schub Space Expectations:

Ambition: Your goal is to build a company which will become a category defining leader (1000+ ppl).

Commitment: It is your current priority in life to build this company. You do this full-time and are prepared to work hard and long. You have no academic programs, or side projects.

Accountability: You take full ownership of your success. You don’t wait to be pushed - you push yourself.

To qualify, you must have not yet hired full-time employees, interns, or working students and have at least one of your founding team members Munich-based.
