Responsibilities:
- Management of sub-projects: You will be responsible for managing sub-projects in national and international consulting projects at leading small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and corporations.
- Analysis and solution development: Your tasks will include analyzing the current situation, developing tailor-made solutions and implementing these solutions for clients.
- Professional management of consultants: You will manage consultants in the consulting projects, which includes coordinating their tasks, supporting them with subject matter related questions and ensuring the project results.
- Support in proposal preparation: You will contribute to the preparation of proposals, including the preparation of solution proposals, cost estimates and other relevant documents.
- Support internal business development: You will support internal business development by creating consulting products and publications.
Who are we looking for?
- Professional experience: You have at least 4 years of professional experience in management consulting, internal consulting, business development or similar areas, with a focus on process efficiency.
- Project experience: You already have experience in managing sub-projects or developing complex solutions.
- Professional leadership experience: You have experience in the professional leadership of teams.
- Qualifications: An excellent degree including experience abroad is expected.
- Language skills: You are fluent in written and spoken German and English.
