As Regional Director for our MVZs from Hamburg to Schaumburg , you will work on these and many other questions.

What to expect

1. Development: Contribute to the development of outpatient healthcare at Germany\’s largest Christian healthcare group.
2. Support: Proactively support the operational daily business of the corporate division and MVZ managements in the region, focusing on standardization and best practices.
3. Responsibility: The economic responsibility of the region, including investment and budget management, strategic and regional development.
4. Alignment: Responsible for KV management, KV seat configuration, cooperation with states and municipalities, and harmonization of hospital and MVZ strategies.

Your profile

1. Completed studies in a related field (e.g., B.Sc./M.Sc. in Medical Management, Health Economics).
2. Alternatively, several years of leadership experience in outpatient structures (MVZ, AOP centers, or KV areas).
3. Strong interest in outpatient healthcare market, health policy, MVZ/ambulance management, and KV law.
4. Good organizational, conceptual, and analytical skills.
5. Teamwork, targeted communication skills, and assertiveness.
6. Willingness to travel for work as needed.
