IT Security & Network Administrator (m/f/d)
Your tasks
- Responsibility for IT security
- Administration and maintenance of all security systems and methods
- Investigation of suspicious network activities
- Detection of vulnerabilities and development of security concepts/strategies
- You inform yourself about current IT security topics and ensure compliance with current standards
- Responsible for the trouble-free operation of the network and firewall systems
- Collaboration in general server administration projects
- Ensuring the necessary security briefings
- Creation of documentation and work instructions
- Supporting IT colleagues with projects and problems
Your profile
- Professional experience in the security and network environment in medium-sized companies
- Experience in the administration and project planning of security/server/network systems
- You have sound experience in the following systems/subject areas:
- Conception/administration of classic security systems such as firewalls, virus protection, e-mail security
- Design/administration of segmented networks (VLAN/routing)
- Microsoft Active Directory
- Virtualization (VMware vSphere)
- Cloud services (e.g. Microsoft Azure)
- Scripting (e.g. PowerShell)
- System and process documentation
- You work conscientiously and bindingly
- You think safety through to the end and can develop feasible concepts
- Open-minded towards new technologies and enjoy creating system concepts
- Very good German and good English skills round off your profile
