Account Manager (Czech-Speaking) (M/F/D) in Wien

Our client is an internationally successful corporate group - with focus on the hospitality sector - that supports its clients in growing their businesses through data-driven analytics, consulting, and customized solutions. To strengthen the international team, we are currently seeking a candidate who enjoys providing long-term support to clients, understands analytical concepts, and can communicate them persuasively. The position is fully remote, with regular interaction with headquarters and other international counterparts. You will be responsible for independently managing an existing international client portfolio - with focus on the market of Czech Republic - and developing business relationships over the long term in a spirit of partnership. Together with international departments, you will prepare data, analyses, and reports and derive relevant insights for your clients. You will present results and recommendations to various contacts and support them in concluding concrete actions for their business. For ongoing issues and individual concerns, you will serve as the central point of contact, understand the respective requirements, and work together to develop suitable solutions. Through regular communication with your clients, you'll gain a deep understanding of their business models and identify opportunities to further develop the existing partnership, without a traditional cold-calling approach. As the central point of contact between clients and international departments, you'll coordinate information, bring together different perspectives, and ensure a continuous transfer of knowledge.

Ideally you have completed a degree or education in business, economics or a related field and bring several years of experience in (key) account management, relationship management, consulting or a comparable client-focused, advisory services environment. At least very good czech and english language skills are required, ideally complemented with good german, french or polish communication skills, which enable you to communicate confidently with international stakeholders. A strong analytical mindset allows you to structure and interpret data and information, identify key connections and derive clear, well-founded recommendations. Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, combined with the ability to present analysis results in a clear, structured and compelling way, is essential for this role.
