Content Operations Manager Part time (M/W/D)

Responsibilities

1. Analyse the performance of our content vendors
2. Creation and provision of monthly and weekly production forecasts to our vendors
3. Order handling (daily ordering)
4. Monitor continuously the compliance of the financial agreements and KPIs with our vendors
5. Issue tracking and resolving (issues regarding sending, receiving and returning items)
6. Analyzing large amounts of data potential for improvement and optimization

About You

1. Bachelor’s degree in economics (or an equivalent education or professional experience)
2. Excellent Excel skills
3. Very good written and spoken English, knowledge of German is a plus
4. Data-driven with good analytical and numerical skills
5. Ability to work effectively with different stakeholders across the company
