Your Responsibilities Lead store development projects across Europe from planning to store opening.
Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful delivery.
Coordinate external partners, including architects, contractors, and suppliers.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as Retail, Procurement, IT, and Tech.
Oversee tender processes, contractor selection, and commercial negotiations.
Supervise on-site construction and fit-out activities to ensure high-quality execution.
Your Profile Degree in Project Management, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.5+ years of experience in store development, construction, or project management within retail.
Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
Strong stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills.
Proficient in MS Office and familiar with CAD/DWG documentation.
